Lets can start on any day of the week with the exception of;
26 Jun – 27 Aug during which we accept weekly bookings only, commencing on a Saturday.

Longer lets also available in Low / Mid season at reduced rates, enquire for details.

Payment

  • Non refundable deposit of £100 payable on confirmation of booking.
  • Remaining balance to be settled 4 weeks prior to stay.
  • Full amount to be paid immediately on confirmation if booking made less than 4 weeks prior to stay.
  • Payment can be made by cash, cheque, paypal or electronic bank transfer (details on request).

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, please notify us immediately. We will endeavour to re-let for you. If we are successful in re-letting, you will only forfeit your booking deposit. If we cannot re-let, then you will be held responsible for a prompt payment of the full outstanding amount.

Welcome and Arrival Procedure

  • Details for key collection will be supplied prior to arrival.
  • Arrival time normally after 3.00pm (earlier arrival may be possible by prior arrangement and at our discretion).
  • Full welcome instructions are on display in the kitchen relating to use of household appliances, central heating etc
  • Departure time normally before 10.00am (later departure may be possible by prior arrangement and at our discretion).
